For ready to ship products the delivery time varies from 7 to 11 business working days. For custom orders, the delivery time varies from 45 to 90 business working days depending on the order. Our dispatch team ensures timely deliveries. Once you have made the purchase with us, you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery dates. If you would like us to expedite your order, you can simply reach out to the customer care team.

However, Sahil Fashion Bazar will not be liable for any delays caused by the customs department or the port authorities in your country.

We are offering free delivery within Delhi NCR and a charge of INR 1000 will be charged outside Delhi.

Delivery is worldwide. We ship every where except Pakistan and Nepal. We charge a minimal amount for shipping outside India.

We are unable to redirect orders once the order has been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Do not worry, our courier company will try to reattempt to deliver within the next 2 business working days. In case parcel is still not delivered you can either get in touch with our customer care team or submit your delivery request to the courier company.

Taxes and Duties depend on your Shipping Destination. VAT, Custom, and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be levied as per rules and regulations set forth by your government.

Unfortunately, at the moment you can ship to only one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple addresses, in that case you will need to place orders separately for each address.

Yes, your parcel is insured by our shipping provider. Due to the high value of goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for every order. This means we are unable to authorize delivery of packages without a signature.

We use reliable courier companies like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, etc to ship the products. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and tracking number. If you have registered with us, you are also able to view and track the status of your order by signing in and selecting My Account followed by Order Status. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.
